Rental Rates
April-October and the holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years):
$300 per night with a 2 night minimum
$1800 per week
November-March excluding holiday weeks:
$275 per night with a 2 night minimum
$1700 per week
Additional Fees
$100 nonrefundable cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit
10% tax on rental fee
